As a police procedural, 'Human Error' delivers the 'full package' plus more, without sacrificing from emotional depth and character complexity by drama standards...so hats off to that! And so very talented Leanne Walsman makes it all to easy, natural, relatable and lovable in her portrayal of the lead. Very well written scenario as well as witty dialogues. It's so refreshing to see less beurocratical nonsense as it eases irrelevant tension. I also found family members and their interaction adorable. More, I totally applaud creators for keeping 'Confession of an extra marital affair' and subsequent phase of 'splitting' drama to minimum while maintaining mature, realistic and sensible tone.
Gripping crime show that leaves you satisfied in more levels than one as you yearn for more especially after the last cliffhanger. Hope second season will Not be cancelled as we're already craving for more.

Gorgeous country, Italy...haven of culture , aesthetics...Thus, for a start, I find this show, an Insult to Everything Italy Represents as well as to all crime series buffs. Other than some forensics' work there is No credible Police Procedural representation here! No Humour! Dialogues are very poorly written..not even remotely engaging but vulgar language. No respect to colleagues, no work ethics! Lead character has zilch charisma, no screen magnetism. A misogynistic, rude bully...that says not a single thing that holds substance. Yes, that much this show upsets me on so many levels. Utter waste of time!
Must say..that I watched some of the Danish series twice. Read the books, watched the film series...as much as I luv following actors. Ulrich Thompson and lately Matthew Goode..none comes close to Nicolaj Lie Kaas..at all..so much so Fares Fares..Why remake perfectly solid film series when you degrade it by dialogues? Definitely a bad call for talented Matthew Goode...tough being so sophisticated, suave, elegant..he sure took the challenge...he did well..yet remains the Question WHY? If you are a thriller buff..just read the books..then you can see ..how desperate the effort to make this series
