  • What a pathetic drama

    It is poised as comedy, but it's a pathetic drama full of rhetoric. It is so called based in Patiala but except couple of scenes nothing is in Patiala, they think viewers are fool. The background has mountains and bamboo trees of Goa, but that's not the point, story has no proper script. Failed two marriages, and full of rhetoric that marriage is only about respect and compromise. Yes that's true but how can you make a 2.5 hours movie just repeating it;

    Anil Kapoor has acted really well but except that it's pathetic drama. It had comedy in small parts.

    If you want to watch good dresses and households who work as bouncers having Audi, Pajero and Ford Cars do watch it.

  • Worst movie I have seen in last 5 or May be 10 years!

    I can't remember when I saw such a useless movie! I mean I get it, the topic was relevant, the pain they wanted to show was relevant, acting was great, but here are the objective points:

    1. Movie is painlessly slow 2. I get it they are showing how poor her life is - but out of 1.5 hours of movie in 1 hour she is just washing utensils.

    3. She just walked away from marriage rather than change anything!

    What a useless, movie.

  • Outstanding all round!

    The movie is outstanding in all areas. The script covers so many dimensions of being a Lesbian or Gay, which I had never considered, like adopting a child, pressure of marriage, having a child, due to so less people coming out - you hardly can get a partner who might be of same age group as yours, the loyalty of partner due to societal pressure.

    The biggest was acting of Rajkummar Rao..You can't even say in any scene that he is not in the character. What an acting! Bhumi has acted great, if Rajkummar Rao would not have been in the movie, Bhumi's acting was outstanding.

    Overall all round, movie is funny, serious, approaches a difficult topic with such an ease and effortless that loved it.
