Just finished watching the movie, came out of nowhere and wow was I surprised, saw it on my new home theater, really wished this one came out in a cinema, but my home cinema completed the magic, loved the pro-women msg of the film with the humor injected in it, very appropriate and the acting, no oscars here but they acted well and funny which is what is important in a movie this days, good music, good pacing, very modern, loved the cinematography, very well shot, it is a good movie to watch with friends you know a good popcorn movie, I missed this type of comedy movies, we have been on a very dry streak here, and this movie brings freshness to the options.
The movie looks awesome and has great acting, love the scenes, but what I find difficult to reconcile was the insistence from this production in stating the movie is Historical, this movie is as historical as Glorious Bastards from Tarantino, the only difference is that Tarantino and crew were not going around insisting that this is what happened, as a fiction movie from it gets an 8th, so why the 3? Well gets a 3 because the production themselves insist that we qualify this movie as a historic piece, and in that matter it fails miserably plus I understand why the Afro-american community was shocked and insulted by Hollywood making a movie about the people who enslave them and went as far as to changing historic facts, so yes, it gets a 3 and will not recommend it if history facts are what you are looking for.
Saw this Hutchinson movie, said what did not watch this let me give it a try, came in with super low expectations, and wow the movie surprise me, the clerk acted very good and really caries the movie, great suspense in a small gas station market, really recommend this one, suspense, really creepy an 8/10.
The cinematography was outstanding the leads really acted good some of the supports really sold it
at the end the movie ended when I really wanted to watch more.
I felt my self in that position and really made me ask what was going on in the minds of these people who came together in this events.
