This was pushed so hard by NBC, I almost did not watch it.
So glad I gave it a chance because this is one of the best made TV shows I have seen in years.
Top to bottom, this is well done.
The costumes and set design are a cut above.
The acting in on point and balances comedy and drama very naturally.
Best of all, the story telling is extremely intricate.
The writers keep you guessing episode to episode with twists and turns.
They also do excellent character building, revealing three dimensional characters gradually.
I hope this one lasts because it is compelling watching with the benefit of being very visually engaging.
Definitely recommend checking this out.
It gets you invested quickly, then keep up the pace.

We stumbled on this randomly in a desperate search for something watchable on the wasteland that is streaming services.
Well, lucky us because we were genuinely shocked by how good this was.
Initially convinced this was a comedy, Population 11 is actually a carefully crafted mixture of comedy, drama, suspense, and mystery.
Most importantly, all the key elements of a quality show are here.
They developed authentic feeling characters, included multiple twists, and created a believable world, all using dialogue that sounds natural.
This is one sleeper I hope a lot of people manage to find because it is exceptional storytelling.
Well done to writers, cast, and crew.

Are you mad at God and/or organized religion?
How mad?
Mad enough to create an exceptionally gory horror film just to try to degrade a religion?
Because if so, you have a lot in common with the people who made this nauseating middle finger to Catholicism.
This film is a textbook example of being offensive expressly to offend.
The movie serves no other purpose.
The writing is subpar and the plot nonsensical.
There is no real character development and the acting mostly involves staring and screaming.
Yep, lot of that, STARING and SCREAMING.
So there you have it; this is a movie that should not have been made.
It is not well constructed and the motives behind it are as transparent and childish, as they are hateful.
This is one I would unsee if I could.
