Soorari potru as the name implies is the story of a normal middle class guy whose aim is not only to fly high but to make aero services accessible to each and every person in this country.. Surya with his terrific performance mesmerizes everyone and it's safe to say that this is his career best performance..He literally lived as the character Maaran.. The heroine Aparna's character showed that we don't need glamorous heroines but performance is what matters..Feminism told in a simple and effective way All the other lead actors did well but it's remarkable to appreciate the person behind the instruments..GVP who hunted everyone with his bgm in Asuran does the same and excellent job of keeping us on the track with his outstanding bgm.. Throughout the movie , we get on with Maaran's life and in the climax we become one with him This movie showed kollywood doesn't need massive fight scenes or fancy songs or idiotic comedies ..Just a good script with a well directed screenplay is more than enough for us..

As Director Karthick Karen made us all sit in the edge of the seat with his previous thriller movie D16, Expectations for this movie was high and the classy look of Arun Vijay and Prassana made it further more fascinating..Fans were looking for something like Narcos but to be frank the movie had actually just 3 scenes which was dragged because of the slow motion shots which was just irritating after a point and the bgms were misplaced in many places..Apart from that,The movie is quiet good..All the actors have done well especially Prassana but he hasn't given much space to show his full potential..The best part of the movie is the climax which sets up for the sequel.. Overall if you are a fan of action movies,you can watch it but don't set your expectations high..

Psycho-True to it's genre, it's indeed a very engaging psychological thriller..The direction, Cinematography and the music were top notch..The killer's performance was splendid-Finally Kollywood is moving in the right direction..There are lot of logic mistakes but the overall narrative of this movie and Raja sir's mesmarizing music will make you forget all of it and go home with a satisfactory mind..
