Most of the points are for Natalie Dormer as she has the face of an angel.
As for the movie, it wasn't too good.
The build up to the forest went way, way too long. They spent probably 20 minutes too long just screwing around before actually entering the forest.
Unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait either. There were some OK scenes, but the movie basically just devolves into another scared girl lost in the woods without much payoff.
There were some OK scenes, but the movie wasn't much of a horror flick. I didn't feel the suspense the way I do in other scary films.
I kind of wanted to see how it ended but I fell asleep.

FF has a lot of haters, so to get that out of the way, yes it's the "shaky camera" found footage type of horror/sci-fi movie.
I personal love Found Footage movies. I find them intense.
This movie was decent, kept me awake all the way through to see what happens.
It's not original in any way. The cast even talks about the Blair Witch Project. This movie is basically a Blair Witch Project except with aliens.
Four people (I think they were shooting a movie or show) are dropped off and left out in the northern woods of Sweden. You can pretty much guess what happens from here on out. They hear noises, one guy disappears, and then they encounter the aliens.
As with all FF films, the phones can't reach help. And they forgot to bring GPS.
If you can manage to overlook all these unoriginal flaws, the ride the movie takes you on isn't half bad.
7/10

What more can be said that hasn't already been said?
I think what I enjoyed most about this movie was the cinematography. The scenes in HD were just stunningly beautiful.
The Coliseum looked so very crisp and the crowd with it.
The cast deserves A+ all around.
Joaquin Phoenix played the villain to absolute perfection. You will find yourself hating his character very early on. I hated him, and that's how you know he did his job.
From the opening battle to the final scenes this movie is a masterpiece, one of my favorites..
