The show Tom Hanks brings to us a nature show with amazing views of our world here in the Americas, with amazing lifelike views of wildlife and nature. Tom Hanks' narration brings understanding and life to what we are enjoying on the screen. It is a positive program, something uplifting and powerful. With Hank' theatrical background, he brings a clever, unique perspective to the narrative duties. My entire family loves it! I would highly recommend the program to anyone who loves nature, anyone who wants to watch inspiring programs, or anyone with brains. It is beautifully photographed and the cinematography is amazing too.
This a series feom the famed archaeological/comical TV legend Josh Gates who knows as much how to make you think as make you laugh. This show has a depth to it, and yet also has a follow up to his "Expedition Unlnown" show, including some footage from previous adventures. He covers everything on this series from historical mysteries, mythology, UFOs, archaeological finds, and even just cool stories about interesting people. You will love it if you are a history buff, mystery buff, or love trivia, science mysteries, or unsolved genre of any kind. This series is a little deeper and darker than some of his previous shows, so not for the littlest kiddies...
The harsh world of communism inside of Cuba and, somewhat top, of China, are exposed in this sad yet inspired work of Paya. You are brought into life in Cuba where.times are harsh, life is tough, those who question the government are harassed and can be killed. For those who have not been exposed to life in modern Cuba, it is eye opening! This is a good exposure for any American who may not understand how communism works and how the governments evolve. This is a stark picture and shows the limited life and lack of freedom in the lives of those herein. The film is interesting and the cinematography is spectacular.
