I am Ernst Thomas Sumit King also known as Sumit Roy King from Hyderabad, India, associated with the Film & Television industry for past 16+ years.

I kick started my career with modeling and moved into theatre, television and feature films.

Open to the mode of entertainment as an actor, I have worked right from the stage performances, music videos, regional television, and national television to the mainstream feature films.

I have essayed roles as varied as negative, supporting and lead roles.

I have also penned scripts for regional television series, such as “A.G.E.N.C.I.E.", for Zee Telugu that was aired in the year 2005.

I have also written and Directed ‘Ek Chatur Naar’, a commercial feature film in Hindi that released in 2008. Sauten (Bhojpuri Feature Film) in 2009 and Sharaabi (Bhojpuri Feature Film) in 2010. Love Junction (Telugu Feature Film) in 2013, ‘HYENA ‘ (Hindi Feature Film) in 2017.

I released my First Novel ‘ One Rain Drop’ in English in 2018, presently it’s got a 5 star rating on Amazon.
