Long sigh..... What are we doing here people, huh?

I'm not against redoing movies at all, but if you're going to do it please do it right. This movie was very bad in many ways, the misuse of actors. The Crow character was such a wimp, i kept saying maybe he'll get better, nope! The entire story, weak, the music, weak, I mean the opera setting with the opera music during the action scene was just horrible and down right annoying to say the least. I had many doubts going into this movie, but knew I just had to watch it to make sure. Boy was I let down, along with a ton of other people. Post movie, I'm still confused as to what I watched last night.

Love this movie but it's a Heartbreak Ridge copy. That's OK though because it done well with more added comedy, much more. Anyways, enjoy this Damon Wayans flick, it's one of his best IMO.

Listen, I am all for watching movies for entertainment, and sometimes they exceed that, but this movie and plenty like it makes me question, what happened? Not even excited anymore when new movies are advertised, they will all disappoint. The lead actress (Melissa) has had some good moments in her career, but this is not one of them. I hope some will enjoy this movie, but I will not be one of them.

Some folks will like anything, and I get it, movies are for entertainment but..... Come on Adam, this was just bad, you definitely can do much better not sure why you didn't. To me it felt like a waste of budget and cast, only resulting in a non-funny mess of a movie. As stated by others I must agree, lose the silly repetitive voice, it worked in Waterboy and that was it! I looked forward to this movie to be let down, wake up Adam, I hope there is some funny left in you.

That's right, entertainment. This movie is great in many ways.... Story, acting, adrenaline, and violence. Seems as if too many people these days want to be the type to disagree, just because. Give be a break, movies are for entertainment, period. Wannabe arm-chair critics are getting old. How about just relaxing some time and just enjoy a movie for what it is, entertainment! With that said, Vince Vaughn was great in this movie, probably my favorite role has has done. He was a total beast, and it fit with the movie. I did not want the movie to end, and to me that is a good sign of a great movie. Please disregard the weird and out of place negative reviews, just watch the movie! I hope Vaughn will partake in more movie roles similar to this one, he will strive!!

Thank you Netflix! Stranger Things to me is a masterpiece in so many ways. The directing, the acting, the setting, the feeling is spot on. All acting is above par with a roller-coaster of emotions mixed with drama, suspense, comedy and the overall mixture of the characters works well. Bringing the audience back to the 80's is an understatement, they do it perfect and it feels good. The ET/Goonies/X-Files environment this show carries to the audience is a total win. It makes me feel very special to watch a show of this high caliber. Oh yeah.. Excellent soundtrack for sure! 10 out of 10 and it deserves much more!

I very much hope more seasons will be released, as I assume there will be. It is going to be very hard patiently waiting for more.
