  • A masterpiece

Well, what can I say for that serie...just by its cinematography you fall in love instantly. You appreciate the serie not just as a classic TV show but as an art, because it is an art and as many they say, they need to teach this serie to schools etc, but ofc not only for that.

Lets all agree that it's not for everyone this show. Not everyone will appreciate it. Many will say it's boring with looong conversations and without any suspense or action. What we all have to understand is that the serie does focus to the drama part. They don't want to add any plot twist, but they want to disturb you and make you think! ... They want to play with your feelings and to be one with what the parents passing through. They are giving you "food for thoughts" and they try through the masterpiece scenario to make you understand and concern about how the kid had this evolution in a family like this one, and maybe to change some stereotypes. I could speak for hours about it.

In the end I would like to talk about the acting of the actors. Everyone was amazing. Ofc the kid was phenomenal and even famous actors should be jealous of him. They way he played the 3rd episode was from another planet! ... the father, Graham, what else are we gonna see from him? In every serie is brilliant but come on, how you can be that great? He played his character so f good. Same for the rest of the cast, it's very difficult to have a result like this serie, because of its unique cinematography and scenario.

    My rate is 9/10.

  • It's a must!

As I see, everyone speaks just for Sly, who for sure is amazing and he proves us that with a good production etc has nothing to be jealous from other actors, but noone speaks about the creator Taylor Sharidan. He is a charismatic person who creates masterpieces the last few years. Until now I have watched 5 of his series and I loved every each of them.

About the serie, I really liked it, both of the seasons. Sly as I said above is perfect in the role, same for the rest of the cast. It's not the mystery or the drama that you expect to see, but the adrenaline and the dialogs. I can't wait for the 3rd season, that's for sure!!!

  • Watch at the cinema!

It's a movie that you need to see at the cinema, otherwise you lose the half of it(even more). What I liked in the movie was the general atmosphere, the Victorian season of the time, the cinematography, the music production and ofc the acting. The way that Bill Skarsgard was speaking was magnificent, I loved it!!!

All of the positive things that I said were exactly what I was expected from the movie, and those things you can not have them at your house, at least not at that level.

Nevertheless, the story was interesting but not something unbelievable. I haven't seen the original, so I can't compare but I would love a kinda more interesting plot.

Also, as I said, I did like the music production but in my opinion I would like much more music and sounds effects, I think it would fit perfectly!

So depending of what I said above, my honest mark is 8/10.
