Ok, it's not a terrible movie, but it will have you yelling at the screen out of frustration over the stupidity of the characters and whoever wrote the plot. I mean, if there are a few plot holes you can give it a pass, but this thing was basically ALL hole.

The best part of the movie was the car crash scene with the detective... I really enjoyed how that was shot. The rest of it just left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I'm pretty sure when the writers asked ChatGPT to write the plot, they added a prompt to indicate the audience are morons. This isn't just about suspending disbelief, but giving it a rocket pack and shooting it into space.

Anyway, it's not horrible, you'll probably watch it no matter what the reviews say...especially the ones that are obviously written by shills, but I'm also pretty sure you'll hate yourself a little bit because you watched it anyway.

Well, I absolutely loved it. Action is great, humour is really good, and it also manages to strum at the heart strings once or twice. Chris Pine did a great job, and the supporting cast is really good too.

I played Dungeons & Dragons a LONG time ago, and it brought back memories of insane adventures and plans that never quite went, well... to plan. That being said, you don't have to be a D&D fan to like this movie, it will appeal to anyone that likes some grand fun, needs a laugh and likes a few good action scenes.

Given the franchise history with D&D movies, I wasn't expecting much, but forget the previous movies, this one REALLY hits it out of the park. I would definitely watch it again.

I honestly don't understand the hate directed towards this movie. It's not going to win an Oscar, but who expected that anyway? You all know the story from the other reviews, I just came here to say if you want an entertaining enough action flick, then this is worth watching.
