There just wasn't enough here for a full length move. There could have been if they had vatious scenes where they cut away from all the craziness of what was happening before they went live ( yes, we get it and have seen it before) to character backstory and origin pieces of say, how Lorne got Dan Akroyd and Gilda to join the cast. It became monotonous after a while. I sort of dozed off until the very talented John Baptiste played his Billy Preston tune. That was essentially the end of the move.
The film was barely in the " Good" area of the spectrum but could have been "Very good!" Again, though everyone in the cast was spot on. Worth a watch.

Count me as one of the people who thought the second act was far too long. The scene inside the house when all hell breaks loose and quite a few scenes after that are just WAY TOO LONG. How do I qualify that statement? It's very easy, they kept making the same point over and over again. Then when they were looking for the husband, just way too long. They kept repeating the same points there too. I guess the only positive was it reinforced the ending and made it more impactful. Other than that it was a well-made and extremely well acted movie, especially by Mikey Madison. She impressed me so much that I would most likely watch any other movie she is in.
