  • Convincing characters and dynamics for the most part!

Good choice of cast for all main characters and most of other supporting characters! Their expressions match perfectly with their supposed roles if you know some of personality typology, and that's why the portrayal of the characters are so convincing.

I'm sure the struggle of the main protagonist is not only relatable to people who have whatever condition that she has, many people have the same outlook on life as she does. And it would just remind you of that sensitive innocent child side within you that you might have buried on your journey to becoming an adult. Not all people might get it, but many others do. Or you see it in others close to you.

    Thanks for this film!

  • Nice one.

The humor is that aggressively absurd kind of humor, but it works well. The story is fresh, entertaining, and easy to enjoy.

  • A Filipino film that's actually psychologically realistic, funny, and HAS A STORY to tell.

I've been watching a bunch of Filipino movies lately, and I'm surprised that this movie here has such lower score than most of other stuff that's either has no real coherent plot, has terrible acting, or starts well but ends horribly.

This one here actually has a realistic content to tell about. The execution is very well. The way the characters act and react are also not cheesy or politically "nice", but REAL (when it gets serious, but of course there are funny moments that were intentionally and sarcastically silly).

I can see that the actors actually understand the way their characters feel, especially the older sister. The younger sister's boyfriend's act was also good. These roles really suit them well in my eyes.

The way the story unfolds are easy to follow and smooth. This film actually got me wanting to visibly crackle and tear up. The humor slaps you in the face 'cause they put you in a dumb scenario and then tell your that it's straight dumb.

The only thing they didn't do that I wish they did is explore a bit more on the resolution part of the conflict. How they're coming to terms to each other. But overall, the story is still profound and enjoyable to me.

I'm really glad they didn't put those "flashbacks scene" that are often present in other Filipino movies, because every time that happens it almost certainly always ruined the entire plot of an otherwise decent film to me. Many good stories with endings that suck or don't execute well at all. But this one is decent enough, though could still be improved (like I mentioned in previous paragraph).

There are many advertisements, but I didn't really care about them as I watched because they make sense and I understand the makers are trying to make money. It doesn't lessen the story any bit for me.

    Very recommended!
