This is a review of season 6. It started quite well but the storyline slowed down after episode 4 and by episode 6 I could not wait for the end of the series. I forced myself to watch it as my other half was still interested but by episode eight even she was losing interest. The last two episodes were far too long and the series could have been cut by at least one episode if all the completely unecessary flashback and multitude of close ups of June's face had been reduced. The final episode was completely unecessary had the small amount of storyline been incorporated in a shortened version of the previouse episode. Please do not come back with another series, it has run it's course.
I can only give this 5 stars at the most. The story was quite good but the film was slow in places and in every close up of Angela Jolie singing I was totally ditracted by her pumped up lips. If she did use her eyes at any time to show pain or sorrow then I'm afraid I missed it. I cannot see the attraction up huge lips if someone wants to be recognised as a great actor then they are a distraction. Look at some of the well known great actors Helen Mirren Judi Dench and the late Maggie Smith they did not need them.
I cannot in any way recommend this film as I found it, to say the least strange.

Once again we have a Director who thinks the police drive everywhere with blue lights an sirens. I hate to disappoint but they are only used for emergencies and going to someones house to arrest the is not an emergency. Talking of the arrest the police had no evidence whatsoever to arrest him all they knew was that the dead woman had worked for him. The police searched his house but later his wife found a locked drawer in his desk and a phone taped under the top of the desk. All locked drawers would have been opened by the police by force if necessary. Even after arresting to Doctor for the second time the head CID officer told the investigator to drop any further investigations. That would not happen there would still be enquiries to make to make sure no evidence had been missed. All in all the storyline was rubbish.
