I didn't watch the show before it went into syndication, but the show is awesome, I know that it just seems like more science fiction junk but its a lot more then that. If you look at the sphere a picture or video footage it's unlike anything we have seen before, and the special effects during a backstep is the second best I have ever seen which is only second to star trek. Now I know what you must be thinking it's just another scifi show but their missions are more realistic, watch the pilot and you'll get it, all I'm going to say it's sonething that is unconceivable today. However there have been some great guest stars over the years especially from Star Trek like Robert Picardo, Roxanne Dawson, and Scarlett pomers. You might have seen the star of Seven Days Jonathan Lapaglia from another show called The District, on Seven Days he's a little more crazy then of The District but he is hilarious on this show.

I was shocked to see Gates Mcfadden in this movie because we have all loved her as Dr. Beverly Crusher on Star Trek TNG and the following movies. I liked the main cast and how the story kept you guessing until the last minute.I also liked this movie because the plot wasn't dull and didn't repeat itself like other movies sometimes do. I would see that movie again and even buy it. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes drama and mystery. If you liked TV shows like The OC, Lost or Alias, you will like this movie. I am not saying that this is my favorite movie because I can think out a few that are better, but not many.
