  • A bit different than the book, nevertheless a nice one to watch

I like the books of Dan Brown. The Da Vinci Code was exiting to read. The expectations of the movie were great. I saw the trailers first and I already saw that there were a lot of thrilling moments in it. It was a while ago since I read the book and then saw the movie in May this year. I must say: it is absolutely not a waste of money to go to the cinemas to see the movie, but I found some parts a bit disappointing. In my opinion at some scenes they had to stick more to the content of the book. Nevertheless you will see a nice movie, nice effects and you feel the excitement, like you do when you read Brown's book.

I will add the movie to my list of "nice to watch" on my website. Check it out on www.jannekeswereld.nl

  • Finally an entertaining movie of Dutch grounds

I was tipped to see this movie, so I rented it on DVD and saw the movie last night. And what a nice and entertaining movie. The mix of Dutch stars together with grand diva Joan Collins is supreme. A real comedy that makes you laugh. And finally a well done Dutch production, and that has been quite some time.

Linda de Mol, TV-host and actress is a single mother with always financial problems. During her work at the hotel as a cleaning lady, she meets Susan. Susan wrote the bestseller how to marry a millionaire and gives courses to ladies in their attempt to find a rich and wealthy man. Susan offers Ellis the course for free. With struggles Ellis finds her way in to the rich and famous, but is it that well to be worth fighting for? Finally Ellis has to make a decision: being rich and not as loved as she wants to be or will she choose for passion? Find out yourself!

I love movies. On my website you'll find a list of my favorite movies and much more. Pay me a visit at www.jannekeswereld.nl
