Dirty Dancing 2:Havana Nights is awesome! When I saw the movie Dirty Dancing for the first time, I instantly fell in love with the storyline, the dancing and the music. When I heard that there was a sequel I wasn't sure if I wanted to watch it because I didn't think it would be as good, but I was wrong. I loved this film. I loved the music and the dancing so much. I now wish I could dance like the Katey and Havier and hope to take up ballroom and Latin dancing soon. I think the fact that the hot Cuban guy fell for the plain American girl worked really well and I loved watching the romance between them develop. Diego Luna was so hot especially when he was dancing! He was so sexy! I hope to see him in more films! Both him and Romola were really good in the film. I prefer this film to the original but I think that's because I'm young. I will always love Dirty Dancing, it's a classic but I think Havana nights will appeal more to the younger generation because of the sexiness of the film, dancing, music and actors. Havana nights doesn't really follow on the storyline of Dirty Dancing which I was disappointed in, in the beginning but as the film went on I began to love the new characters and story. I'd recommend this to any teenage girls who have a passion for Latin/Cuban/Dirty dancing instead of the original as they can probably relate to it more than Dirty Dancing.

I first heard of this film from a friend. She loved it and always watched it. When she told me about it and said how old it was, I immediately decided that I wouldn't like it. I was so wrong. Dirty Dancing was such an amazing film! I love the music and the dancing. I bought the soundtrack and DVD immediately after watching it. Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey were brilliant in it. They captured the emotions and feelings of the characters so well. They were both such good dancers. After watching the film I wished I could dance like them and I'm hopefully going to take up ballroom and Latin dancing soon. I've become a fan of that sort of dancing and am now hooked on all films and programs about it. Dirty Dancing revealed my passion for dancing and music. My favorite parts of the film are when Baby goes into the Staff's headquarters and sees them dancing and obviously the last scene where Baby and Johnny dance together in front of everyone. I believe that everyone must watch Dirty Dancing at least once in their lifetime. If they don't, it's their loss!!

I grew up watching this film and along with Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella it is one of my favourite Disney films. I love it! Robin Williams is so good in it. He's hilarious. This film isn't just for kids but for the whole family. I think I was about 5 when I first saw it and at 14 I still watch it and so do my parents. I haven't seen the sequels because I heard that Robin Williams wasn't in them and decided that they wouldn't be as good without him. He was made for the part. The songs are amazing. I love singing along to "A Whole new World". I'm hoping to get the soundtrack soon. I also love the film because I have the same name as the princess in it! I would definitely recommend it to everyone. You're never too old to watch a classic Disney film.
