Well Mr. James Gunn have done it. Made a action comedy out of Superman.

It was funny, it had lots of action and yes I liked some of it, but after Man of Steel, Superman v Batman and Justice League, it felt a little off.

It was a bit too much Guardian of the Galaxy humour in it. And it didn't fit the Superman story I grew up with.

I was a big fan, kid reader in the 80' and 90'.

I like the Zack Snyder version better, but not the Black suit or the darker version I want this good version, but the strong and cool Snyder version.

I gave Zack Snyders versions between 8-10 ratings.

It did give DC over $2,2B...and if they used Zack Snyders version, it would probably have given around $1B alone.

So will James Gunn be able to give DC and Warner Bros more than $700M now?

If not that is probably his last Superman.

But my God, loved the Lex Luthor version in this.

But the rest was too much comedy.

I love GOTG in the Marvel universe, but in a Superman movie...I do not know...yes the Reeves version have some comedy, but I do not know, it just felt a bit off for my taste...

So I will give it a 7/10 because it is not bad, but didn't live up to my expectations.

I do like these catastrophe movies and series, but it I am beginning to get sick and tired out of the descibtion of humanbeings to always become selfish and anarcy rules.

Is it because most of these films are american made, and your believes in mankind is very low?

I think we can and will do much better than describted in these movies and series, I have hope for mankind.

Anyway, I found this series good. Except I hope for a better descibtion of humanbeings and our ability to co-excist and help eachother in time of need.

I am currently halfway into the series, and it is interesting, what is the reason for this dome? Why did it chose that place? Is it more of them around the world?

What if something like this happened for real? Or I almost wish some of these countries with dictators got caught in a dome, so they could not hurt the rest of the world... Interesting series, hope it develops better for the human race...do not spoil it for me...

Just saw this movie on Netflix. It is a great story about a maybe unknown batalion.

But I do react on something I find not very likely to be true.

All that makeup they use, looks like beauty pageants not Soldiers. So guess make-up was more essential to the story than describing the true looks of soldiers in WW2?

I am disgusted by how many white Americans treated afro Americans in that time. They fought Hitler, but behaved much like him themselves with their racism against other human beings.

USA got many very bad chapters in their short history as a nation, only 200 years old as a nation.

Still there is much of it, but getting better.

But it is a movie worth watching.
