Film was shot in black and white but it didn't matter while watching the move. The story of a boxer who deals with life based on his own instincts but realises his follies as age catches up with his life. Brilliant direction with display of the scenes sequence in a very good manner. Editing of the movie is sparkling. Acting of Di Nero and Pesci is phenomenal. Di Nero's acting and appearance would take anyone's breath away. Such a dedicated performance. He has given all his best efforts in the most effective way which has given full color to the movie. His acting has made other areas of film excel. If you have not watched this movie don't hesitate to watch it. I am sure you will relish watching the performance of direction and acting by the film stars. A great movie.
Usual Hindi mas ala. Friendship, love, vengeance, hatred, fight, killings, ending. Story goes very interesting for the usual Hindi movie lovers. Jackie, Sunny, Anupam have all done a good acting. I got to see this movie in Sony Entertainment today. It was a Sunday afternoon and thought why not watch a Hindi movie. Long time you see. It has been a long time watching Hindi mas ala movie. So why not go for it. If you feel anytime like that. And if you get a chance to watch this movie then give it a shot. Nothing to loose. The score for this movie is 50%. Screenplay was good. Acting was good. Good Direction. The songs in this movie are average. I am not sure if any would sing again in you mind after the show.
This movie is such a big bore. I failed to understand why would a director drag such a story and pictured a real life drama in the most unrealistic way. From the beginning to start Mr. Slater is apparently attempted to be projected as a terrorizing opponent to the good corporate culture. It is so sick that the sequence of story dragged and ended up with couple of killings (Are the cops gone mute ?) which has no effect to the society. Oh I forgot to remember that the story began with a killing. Sick. A total bore. Please do not pursue to watch this movie. It is sicker than what you expect. Stay away and spend your time somewhat more useful. I am sorry. Have a good one.
