So I heard it was bad so waited til I could watch for free. I still payed with my time! Ahhhhhhh, so bad, beyond bad, shocked it got even a 5! Love you Jamie but why did you agree to it movie that is everything but Halloween?

It's such a simple recipe, teenagers, kids, on Halloween. Where are the pumpkins? Suspense of an unknown killer? All you need are decent actors doing normal things, living life with no worries.

Then you bring in the killer, little hints of a psycho and slowly kill them off in a setting we all live in!

Now they want to add twists and turns that are stupid and don't work, period!

So I started the movie and then the main character was having sex and when they were done she asked"How is the wife". Couldn't continue past that. It was the flippant way she said it. She knows the guy is married yet still has no problem letting this guy cheat on his wife. Marriage used to mean something, staying true, loyal and honest used to mean something!. Why is IMBD making us write a full essay? People don't want to read a 600 word review. We should be able to make it short and get to the point. Our country is going to hell in a handbag which can be seen in the movies that are just crap!

A fun ride! Definitely brought me back to the original crazy fun Evil Dead! Not sure if they meant to pay homage to Raimi but they definitely did! Would have given a 9 but while the ending made sense just not as awesome as the rest of the movie. Hard to top Bruce Campbell as Ash but this guy playing Shawn came pretty darn close! Dang, why so many characters IMBD? I feel like I have to write an essay. Anyways to the younger generation if you enjoyed this you gotta watch Evil Dead 1981 and Evil Dead 2 which was even more campy and over the top! To my fellow Generation Xer's, who might pass it up, check it out!
