I do not understand the hate this show is getting at all. I am a long-time fan, I've played all the games and watched all the movies. And I love it. It's an engaging story, good acting, well written and it keeps me engaged the whole time.

Is it a 100% replica of the existing content, no - but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I think all of the blood bloodfans are just being a toxic and immature Fandom at this point. It's like when Swifties send out death treats to other fans - It's that level of stupid and immature.

My recommendation is to watch it and you might get surprised, and it does get soo good around halfway through- its definitely worth a watch!

Went in with no expectations, came out completely destroyed.

Superb acting, great plot, twists and turns, eerie and anxiety inducing. You feel on edge and uneasy throughout.

It's very psychological as well, which I personally enjoy.

It's one of few horror movies I've watched where I'm not annoyed at the characters every other second for being idiots.

It still sits with me a few days later, because it's a very disturbing movie.

Huge TW for SA and violence among other things.

This movie deserve more recognition and a higher score in my opinion!
