Given this is on Netflix the fact it's above average is already a big win, the overall quality of the streaming service being some of the lowest around. That said the good: Animation, absolutely well made, stunning in certain episodes stories isnt't that convoluted as stated in other reviews and I never spent a minute on the video game, was still able to understand most of it. There's a bunch of pretty big plotholes that are imo, just poor writing> the aesthetic is pretty cool if you're into victorian steampunk tho that clashes a bit with the generic punky and at times too colorful vibe in the scenes involving Jinx I took away a bunch of stars mostly for the soundtrack that I get it is must if you're a game fan, but is far too invasive and it's a horrible preheated pre-digested fast food wannabe punk mainstream mess that has no artistic merit of it's own and it's like hot lava poured into the hears of anyone who has a shed of musical taste and isn't 14 years old.

That said I still recommend this, that was the last thing I watched before cancelling my Netflix subscription.
