I have to get this out-of-the-way first. The entire time I watched this movie. I was thinking that Tyler should make a movie with Matthew Perry. Unfortunately, we all know this will never happen, but wouldn't it have been a scream.
I don't think Taylor has an equal. Anything she's in is going to be a hit. Yes, a lot of things in this movie don't make perfect sense and probably would never happen in the real world. Who cares. It's a Hallmark romcom movie.
We all know this is not important. It's what it takes for the, two lead actors to end up together. In this case, it was done, tastefully, with humor, and with a warm heart. Everything you would expect from a Hallmark movie.

I have written a hundred reviews, but this is my first review on lighting. First the movie is a treasure. There is a Junebug movie from 2005. How can you go wrong with Autumn and Aaron.
Not your typical Hallmark movie. This is a paranormal romance, sort of. Autumn's 8 year old self is conjured up and gives Autumn her own 8 year old enthusiasm. This 8 year old actress is named Mila, and will be a future Hallmark staple.
As a film nerd I appreciate those who make the film fly or sink. It's not always the actors, but many time the directors down to casting directors. You can NEVER go wrong with a Jackie Lind / Penny Perry film. I was impressed with the lighting of the actors and scenery. Whoever this person is KNOWS lighting and how to communicate emotions to the viewer.
What an idiot I am. I wanted to give this person a shout out, but didn't write down their name. Sorry.
This is the first time I have called out the lighting director. Good job. Another thing, you will not fast forward this movie. You might want to be tempted to fast forward to get to the "Hallmark ending" but don't. There are some quick gems at the closing minutes.
One question to Hallmark. Are we replacing the red pickup with a red VW?

A well cast hallmark movie is a joy to behold. It makes such a difference when all of the characters are believable in the roles that they have. This is one of those rare movies. It's also hard to single out in a one actor for a great performance. Every actor was believable and their performance and every performance was wonderful to watch.
Apart from most Hallmark movies, this one had a few," didn't see that coming." it was also an extremely well written movie with great background shooting. I really watched this movie out of boredom and I'm extremely glad that I was honored to watch a genuinely great Hallmark movie.
Congratulations to all involved, and congratulations to hallmark for keeping it fresh and fun to watch to the end. By the way, David looks like a young tall Brad Pitt. Grandma is a younger Maggie Smith and Rhiannon, reminds me of no one. Lots of great actresses rolled into one. Great smiling eyes.
