Wow, what an episode.
Things are not always as they seem, the journey of darkness and manipulation comes to fruition and eventually reveals darker sides of the nature of the Penguin character, living in a Fight Club type duality of reality.
The opportunistic Machiavellian schemes reveal themselves by episodes conclusion is a captivating performance by all throughout the season.
At the end of this episode, I am finding it hard to conceptualise that Colin Farrell is indeed the actual actor behind the Penguin face.
This is real and professional acting at it's finest. This entire season has been brilliant and so very well produced. The moods set by cinematography, by the emerging psychosis of the main characters and the darkness behind the sudden twists really have set a new standard in TV series that is difficult for others to emulate or even come close to.
The script and storyline has obviously been closely thought of and each new step in the story has been cleverly captured.
It would be difficult to top this season if ever.
HIGHLY recommended viewing.

This is more of a supernatural thriller/suspense movie rather than the previous Hellboy Action/Adventure adaptations we are all used to seeing in past movies.
Viewers who have predetermined expectations may not be amused by this drama - dialogue led story that while is does have great moments, the movie is however interwoven with some scenes that seem too long. Yeah. This aint the Ron Perlman rollercoaster action ride.
The film does have some clever wisecracks which feel word for word from the graphic novels, and the acting overall suits the mood effectively to tell a good story.
Adeline Rudolph as Bobbie Jo Song gave a great performance in co-starring the film. She definitely makes a unique Lara Croft type scientist.
Won't be a cult classic, but nevertheless is a great movie in it's own standing. A few well timed shock moments, clever scripting, combined with the overall cinematographic quality of the scenes give this movie a deserved 7 out of 10.
Worthwhile viewing.

The build up through the first 4-5 episodes lines this series up for a great tale that leaves one expecting more than it delivers.
The story relies on flashbacks and jumps to present to build a very good narrative. This narrative builds to a few interesting twists and flashpoints that becomes slower towards the ending episodes.
Some epic and stunning scenes however make this a worthwhile watch. Casting is very good, performances are believable and the entire story leaves one hoping to see more of this story to be made by the end.
Definitely a great Sci Fi offering mixed with mystery and fantasy with a dose of factual and even historical context. *(referencing the WOW! Signal, and starting during the cultural revolution in China).
Obviously targeted towards nerds and sci fi geeks with heavy references to Nano tech, particle physics and astronomical science fields interwoven with dimensional theoretic research and Virtual reality gaming. Well made and at times intensely interesting, while having long moments of slow dialogue. Overall worth a 7/10.
