All the reviews that are praising this sequel are FAKE... for sure...
You simply cannot watch this movie irrespective of whether you have watched the first part or not. Believe me, it's that bad, pathetic and boring. The makers have used the same old songs that were super hit in the first part, a lot of times in this sequel. There are other songs also but not worth mentioning really. You won't even remember any of them after you leave the movie hall.
This is supposed to be a action movie. But in fact it will be better if I don't mention anything about action in this movie in my review. At times it made me laugh and wonder why am I even watching this movie. It has ruined the wonderful memories that I had with the first part.

I watched the whole movie just because of Abhinay Berde and Tejasswi Prakash. But it disappoints in all the departments - acting, story, direction, songs, locations, everything. There's nothing likeable in this movie.
If I talk about individual performances, Tejasswi Prakash has done a decent job. Even Abhinay Berde has also tried a lot but I would blame the director for their poor performance. As individual individual actors, I am sure they both are wonderful. Same with Rajashri Deshpande (Dipti). She is a talented actor but the directory has failed miserably in utilizing her acting talent.
On the closing note - watching Tejasswi Prakash on screen is a bliss. She looks amazingly beautiful.

Personally, I just love Lucy and could watch the complete movie ONLY and ONLY because of her. Otherwise this is just plain boring flick.
Lucy - she is so gorgeous. That you can't take your eyes off the screen whenever she is on the screen. Her acting is beautiful, her body language is beautiful, her bright shining eyes and just her presence makes you watch the film. I have watched just a couple of more of her films - Fantasy Island and Hating Game and I have become her ardent fan.
In short, if you are a Lucy Hale fan, you should definitely watch this movie and you won't regret it. It's surely worth your time.
