  • Jon Favreau is only getting better

The jungle book is directed by Jon Favreau and stars Neel Sethi, Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Luptia Nyong'o, and Christopher Walken. First off, I was pretty excited for this movie Because so far Disney has been doing a great job with these live action films and also i love Jon Favreau as a director. Walking out of this movie, I Loved it!! Everyone a part of this movie did an excellent job from acting,Cgi, directing, everything. The blend of real and cgi was done so well, all thanks to the fantastic director Jon Favreau. Every film he does, it gets better and better. This is his best film yet. Now Neel Sethi, this was his first ever movie and for that I thought he did a great job. There were scenes I didn't he would be able to do but I was totally wrong. Everyone did great, especially Idris Elba as the villain. Bill Murray is fantastic as always. Personally the person who blew me away was Christopher Walken. He was just amazing. Overall The jungle book is another fantastic movie by Disney and Jon Favreau is only getting better as a director. Definitely needs to be seen in a theater and I do recommend seeing it in 3D. Kids and adults will have lots of fun.

  • The big fight is here or maybe not

Batman v Superman is directed by Zach Snyder and stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, and Gal Gadot. First off I'll say that I'm a huge fan of man of steel and going into the movie I was super exited( even with the bad reviews) to see how they would set up this universe. I came out of this movie loving a lot of stuff but at the same time I had lots of problems with it too. I will start off with the things I loved about it. Ben Affleck as batman as was just fantastic. I believed him as Bruce Wayne and as batman. Definitely one the best on screen batman's yet. Wonder Woman was amazing. She wasn't in the movie a lot or speak a lot but when they showed her, her character was very interesting. Her theme music was also one of the best parts of this movie. Henry Cavill was good, he's a good superman. He didn't very bring anything special but still good. Now Jesse Eisenberg, I thought he was actually a good Lex Luthor at times. At time he would go crazy for no reason which just made his performance awkward. Now the problems I had with the movie, it mostly wasn't the performances but more the story and how it was told. Zach Snyder is great director for action scenes which were amazing. Every action scene just blew me away but he doesn't know how to drive a story. The movie seemed to change pace to much and near the end the editing was very strange doesn't make it confusing but more of the question why did that? I just hope that they change the director for justice league because I don't think he's right for it anymore. One little thing is that is called dawn of justice and all that stuff went a little to fast. Overall Batman v Superman was a good action movie with every action scene blowing you away, a fantastic batman and Wonder Woman, but the movie lacks story and moves too fast. It cared more about setting up other movies than telling the one it's in. If your a fan of DC comics like me you'll enjoy the movie but will be a little disappointed in the way there going. Still check this movie in theaters, it's a great theater experience.

  • One of Disney's best movies yet

Zootopia is directed by Byron Howard, Rich Moore, and Jared Bush. It's stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Idris Elba and much more great actors and actresses. First off, going into this movie I thought it was going to be a good Disney, not excepting anything special but I was completely wrong. Zootopia is one of Disney best movies yet, it has lots of depth, didn't rely on poop jokes it had a story and it focused on the story. The animation was beautiful to look at. The voice acting was fantastic by everyone. Jason Bateman was fantastic for the role perfect. The thing that I was most surprised by in this movie is the depth. There are a lot of hidden messages about our world today, what's going on and that's what makes this movie a great movie for both kids and parents. Overall zootopia was a great surprise by Disney, one of their best movies yet. Had great jokes, heart and a good story. Definitely go and check this movie in theaters.
