I honestly don't understand where all the praise and compliments for this series are coming from - it's extremely overrated. There's an excessive amount of unnecessary footage and dialogue, leading to long, boring conversations that add little value. By the third episode, I felt like I was watching an overwhelming documentary, and I eventually just stopped.
The only real strength here is the acting. I recognize how difficult it is to shoot extended scenes without cuts - it requires serious effort and commitment from the entire crew. Maybe the acclaim is due to the unique filming techniques, and I respect that. But for me, it still felt like nothing more than a dull documentary.

This is a mirror of the history of Iran within the past century through which you can watch everything clearly! We are with Bijan (portrayed by Parsa Pirouzfar) throughout his whole course of life! And what an amazing journey! Everything in this series comes hand in hand. Directing, casting, costume design, music, etc. We can see what's happening in Iran through the eyes of Bijan. The director makes us deep dive into the history and guides us throughout this amazing journey! I strongly recommend watching the gem to not only the Iranians, but also to everyone who is interested in history. The director built a legacy that will be remembered for years.
I'm not Korean and I've been watching American TV shows for more than 10 years and this is the first south Korean TV series I've watched recently. I don't know why it's rating is 6.7 in IMDb, Because I believe it deserves far more! Acting is really good, Music is beyond fantastic and really fits the position in which it's being played. They did a really good job on special effects. It tells us a really unique and exciting story that draws your attention from the beginning to the end! Maybe those who've watched the show should give it a second chance!
