The outsider tricks you into believing its good with a solid intro and amazing acting in the beginning. But as the episodes go on you realize that nothing happens and it isnt the psychological thriller you had hoped it was. Instead it turns into a sluggish grey mess where none of the characters evolve in any way. One of the main actors character the police officer instead turns very one dimensional as the series goes on and its just seems like the series is deliberately trying to waste your time with huge chunks of it being a rip off from the series X-files. The beautiful Cynthia Erivo is also wasted as a Vodoo magician popping up with an awkward role.

Terrible and embarrassing, i am danish, i like danish movies and i like both actors, but this movie is terribly simple and cartoonish. The dialogue is pretentious and cheesy and the plot is very predictable.
