Just finished watching final of 3 body problem. Bit of a crap cliff hanger ending. And how annoying was that young Latino actress who played the nano tech scientist. The worst actress I've seen in years. All she did was pout her lips and look like a bored plank of wood. She must have been sleeping with the director to get that part. Maybe spend more of the budget on better actors, than on expensive locations and cgi.
Some of the cast seemed too young for the roles and weren't totally believable. The cgi was good though and the seasoned British cast's characters were likeable and believable.
Otherwise it held my attention and hopefully season 2 will improve.

This is probably the worst paranormal tv series ever. How anyone can deal with the painfully annoying and ham actor Zak and his band of idiots is beyond comprehension. From the fake and embarrassingly scripted dialogue, ham acting and overblown music, its unbearable to watch. It's not even so bad It's good television, it's just awful, full stop. The ghosts must be turning in their graves. There's better TV shows out there, like Kindred Spirits and the sadly cancelled Destination Fear (thankfully havd moved onto YouTube). Mostly there's better new and more credible channels on YouTube these days too. Don't insult your intelligence and avoid at all costs.
What a stunning episode. How they managed to make an episode this short yet made me care so much about 2 characters is quite an achievement outside of a feature film running time. Acting and direction were absolutely superb. I wasn't sure where this episode was going at first, but glad I stayed to experience this beautiful study in the humanity. The Last of Us threw a curve ball and boy did it hit a home run. If you value love over hate and character and emotion over stupid explosions and empty plot holes then you'll appreciate some superb writing, acting and directing. If you're offended by this episode, then get a labotomy.
