Emergency is a big disappointment. It changes history and lacks real depth. Kangana Ranaut's acting feels exaggerated, making Indira Gandhi look like a cartoon character. The other actors don't add much, and the dialogues feel unnatural. The movie is too long and filled with unnecessary drama. The visuals and music are over-the-top, making it hard to take seriously. Instead of telling a balanced story, it feels like a one-sided, personal project. Poor storytelling and bad execution make Emergency a movie that's not worth watching.
By the time the climax arrives, any emotional weight the story might have had is completely lost.
Why do even kangana is acting in movies?

I had high expectations for this movie, hoping it would be a well-crafted film with strong elements. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of time. While the movie initially seemed promising, it ultimately failed to deliver a compelling experience.
One of the major disappointments was the storyline. The protagonist is already dead, yet continues to play pranks, which not only diminishes the emotional impact of the narrative but also makes the entire premise feel absurd. The justification for this element is equally weak, relying on humor that feels forced and nonsensical rather than genuinely engaging. A film should aim to captivate the audience with a well-thought-out plot, but this one fell short in that regard.
I strongly believe that filmmakers should focus on crafting stories that hold the audience's interest from start to finish. Malayalam crime thrillers, for instance, are a great example of how a well-structured script can make a film gripping and immersive. They emphasize intricate storytelling, well-developed characters, and an engaging narrative that keeps viewers invested. Unfortunately, this movie lacked all these qualities. Instead of presenting a thought-provoking or thrilling experience, it relied on weak plot points that made it tedious and uninteresting.
I regret having to give such feedback, but I believe it is necessary to share an honest perspective. This is not just a personal opinion but a reflection of what many moviegoers seek-entertainment that is meaningful, thrilling, and intellectually stimulating. Filmmakers should focus on crafting stories that respect the audience's intelligence and time, rather than relying on superficial humor or weak premises.
While I appreciate the effort that goes into making a film, I hope future projects will prioritize engaging storytelling over gimmicks. This would ensure that audiences leave the theater feeling satisfied rather than disappointed.

An electrifying action thriller that delivers a perfect blend of raw intensity, breathtaking fight sequences, and a deeply resonant story. Directed by and starring Dev Patel, the film is a bold and gripping journey that keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
Patel's performance is nothing short of phenomenal-he embodies his character with a fierce determination and emotional depth that makes every moment feel authentic. The action choreography is stunning, blending brutal hand-to-hand combat with stylish cinematography that elevates the film beyond a typical revenge drama.
Beyond the adrenaline-pumping action, Monkey Man explores themes of resilience, justice, and the fight against oppression. The storytelling is rich, layered with cultural depth and a strong emotional core, making it more than just an action film-it's an experience.
With its striking visuals, powerful performances, and heart-pounding sequences, Monkey Man is a must-watch for fans of action cinema. It's a bold directorial debut from Dev Patel, proving that he is not just an outstanding actor but also a visionary filmmaker.
