I was lucky to get hold of a copy of this before general release. Campbell Foster has produced a brilliantly dark but funny script and the cast bring it to life amazingly well for such a low budget production. There are a lot of characters to take on board - but that is the whole point as it introduces us to them all so we can pick and follow the ones we like. Apparently, if this gets a full commission, each episode of Season One will concentrate on a pair or group of characters to fill us in on their back story.
I really love the mentally disabled debt collectors and look out for the old man trying to pull off his tipping scam - he's well into his eighties but still going strong.
I laughed too many times to count then cried at the end. I just hope this gets picked up so I can see more of it.
