  • Only for the brain dead.

Unbelievable to the point of stupidity. How dumb must the producers or directors or whoever would green light this trash must think of the general public. Sure I watched it and it was mildly entertaining but I feel I wasted two hours for a movie I will quickly forget. The first one was actually ok but do yourself a favour and give this ridiculous, silly, extremely over the top sequel a miss if you like your movies to have a smidgen of plausibility. It might not have been so terrible if they didn't try to make it seem like a serious action flick. Thank god i didn't pay to see it at the cinema..

  • Forgettable even before the credits start rolling!

How the hell this movie's rating is at 7+ is behond compehension. I guess there are more brain dead people in this world than I thought. To all those who thought this was a good movie...please stop rating movies as it's rating was why I watched it in the first place. 130mins I'll never get back.

  • Ridiculous!!

Really? How stoopid do they think the audience is? I could tell I was getting less intelligent by the minute so stopped watching it about an hour in. I think a 14yo boy would enjoy it as they have no taste in cinema at that age. Plenty of action but with such ridiculous scenarios that only a brain dead zombie would appreciate!! Jake Gyllenhaal will be wishing he had passed on this one.

  • Excellent action thriller

Dunno why this movie hasn't a better rating. It was very entertaining with great acting, realistic combat scenes and a good amount of suspence. Most decent flick I've seen in ages.

  • Only for those with half a brain!!

Seriously folks, if you watch this film to the end I guarentee you'll be less intelligent for it. The producers or whoever, must think their audience is mentally challenged. I was expecting something in the vein of 2012 or Armageddon which aren't exactly intellegent movies but at the very least they're fun and entertaining. This is neither!

  • Leaves you feeling something!!!

Excellent film. Acting and music score superb. Anyone with a hint of good taste will enjoy this film. The haters on this flick are probably tweens.

  • Ridiculous! Don't waste your time!

Just garbage in every way. Straight into the action in the first 60 seconds. No buildup and very confusing to know what was going on. Don't waste your time.

  • America, hell yeah!

Quite liked this show but only because I can relate as I dived for diamonds in Namibia and Angola back in the day. Unfortunately the characters ego's are cringe worthy to say the least. And why does the American flag have to displayed wherever these Americans go? Capt John and his son are a Joke and would have been laughed out of the country by the offshore diamond industry of southern Africa.I'm surprised their big heads fitted inside the plane.

  • Great atmosphere with minor faults.

I saw the original when it first came out and have been hooked ever since. I would have to say this is the third best in the series. The original followed by the sequel and then this one. Prometheus was OK but had some really silly unbelievable decision making moments with the actors. With Covenant there were times I was on the edge of my seat as I was was with the first so that says it all really. If a movie can make me tense then its a success in my book. If you loved the first two and I have seen the first at least 20 times you'll like this one.

  • 90 Min's I will never get back!!

First I have to say this is my first review ever for anything. I was so gutted having wasted my precious time that I felt compelled to warn others away from this movie. Simply awful. Set up some GoPro camera's, edit the footage and bob's your uncle. However Bob turned out to be the most boring uncle in existence. I kept waiting for something in this movie to make sense. Quote-"Leviathan is definitely experimental (though experiential may be a better descriptor for it. It offers no narration, no facts or figures, no conclusion or agenda. The only dialogue we hear is, for the most part, distorted to the point of abstraction."-Taken from a positive review of this movie.(wow) Can't even make out whats happening most of the time. I find that this is LAZY film making at it's worst.
