Less of a traditional documentary (biographical facts) and more of homage to Cudi, contributed too by his contemporaries and those who he influenced. How does Cudi's music make you feel and how does Cudi himself feel? Is the major question posed in this documentary.
While I would've like a bit less "feel" and more "fact," I still enjoyed it and liked the fact; much like Cudi, the film wasn't afraid of being different.

Perhaps, I'm being generous with giving this movie a 7/10, but "Army of the Dead" did exactly what it was supposed to; deliver pure entertainment. I'm not generally a fan of blockbuster movies, zombie or otherwise. But this movie was fun from start to finish. It looked great, had an interesting plot and some nice twists.
There were some negative aspects to be sure. Most of which have been correctly pointed out in other reviews: poor dialogue, underwhelming acting by certain individuals, and lack of development for some of the characters (though, I really enjoyed the relationship between the Matthias Schweighöfer and Omari Hardwick).
P. S. Dave Bautista is a better actor than the Rock; yeah, I said it. Oh, and they should've left Chris D'Elia in the movie instead of replacing him with Tig Notaro.

"Mare of Easttown" is shaping up to be the best Miniseries since Sharp Objects and if Mare continues on its current trajectory, then it may end up matching the greatness of a "Night Of."
