Took me a while to get into this but have to say I really enjoyed it. It felt quite raw to watch - here you have an actor acting as an actor depicting his struggle to love, be comfortable with himself to let others in. It's a struggle not often spoken about among gay men and albeit a diversion from a lot other gay movies out there, I think this depicted the matter really well and shone a light on an - in my opinion - untouched topic.
It's also a funny film, cringe in some areas where I found myself saying out loud "ohhh nooo" but I think that added to the charm and cuteness of the film. Definitely worth the watch!

My Mum has told me for a while how fond she is of Pride and I've finally watched it. Absolutely stunning and beautifully casted too.
This film is a reminder of where we've been and what we've achieved as a community - standing in solidarity with all those who fall on hardship.
It is also a reminder that hope can be found. In rekindling old relationships, and starting new ones In friendships and love. This film does it subtly but what it screams is unity in its best form.
I almost didn't want it to end but am so grateful that people fought to make life easier for millions to love - thank you!
