I really enjoyed this movie. It was fun, action, romance and kept my attention. If you enjoy sci-do action you will certainly enjoy this one.
The chemistry was there between the two main characters and I enjoyed the build up of romance between them. Lots of action and some sci-fi horror.
The Soundtrack is also great. I downloaded it after the movie.
I rated this higher because I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. Not many movies keep my attention these days. This one certainly did and the main leads are two of my favourites. Great match up.
If you are looking for a Sunday afternoon movie this one is for you.

After hearing countless bad reviews of this movie, I had resigned myself to never seeing it. Especially due to the DV themes. I decided not to attend the cinemas and stumbled across the release in a streaming service.
Imagine my surprise when I was riveted the whole way through. I really loved this movie! I found the DV to be portrayed in a way that was relatively simple but also relatable (for me anyways).
I cried and sobbed at the end. A beautiful movie - ignore the hate.
To note, I have never read any of the authors books either so had zero idea what I was going in to. My mind may have been different had I of read the book.

I normally love these movies but I found the story line boring and confusing. Maybe I need to watch it again?
It was missing something? I can't quite figure out what yet?
