One thing is certain - this show is unpredictable! Its humor is random but amazingly good at it. The writers did a great job at mocking talk shows, creating in the process an original piece of art, unique kind of show filled with great jokes, unexpected story twists, satirical segments, hilarious guests and, last but not least, continuous silly word play including host's name. I also have to mention that creator/host Scott Aukerman is amazing at mocking TV hosts, doing that both subtly and obviously. Reggie Watts fits in perfectly with his unique style; he made me laugh so many times with his 3 second songs. I love this show, it's refreshing, but it does require a special sense of humor to appreciate it, I don't believe that many people would like it. But those who do, they will LOVE it! I give it 9/10 just because there were couple of episodes that felt "off" to me. But definitely - a must watch.
This show definitely requires a specific sense of humor in a viewer, but if you do like it, I'm sure you'll find this episode hilarious. It's one of my favorites. Steven Yeun fit in just perfectly, his jokes were good and the delivery was spot on. Unlike some other stars on the show, his appearance seemed really natural and effortless, not forced, it was like he actually was part of the CBB crew. I loved him! Scott was great, as always. I really like his "talk show host-y" polite laughs to guest's stories. Reggie's storyline with a twist was amusing. The second guest, "community activist", had one of the funniest "What the hell?!"-type of story of the series. You can see him making everyone barely hold in their laughter and Scott eventually breaking while interviewing him. Overall, I laughed a lot, chuckled even more. Bonus points for cute puppies. CBB at its weird random best!
