Bondi Hipsters is one of the funniest and original shows in Australia at the moment. With great characters, amazing music and solid performances from the two leads. It has great production values (especially for a web-series) and the show obviously has a fast turn-around, as the story lines and plots often reflect current issues or events (such as the Parklife music festival). The music is wonderful and the inclusion of the 'Life Organic' song puts these guys up there in the same realm as Flight of the Conchords. With the recent announcement that they will be heading to the Olympics, it's safe to say that the Bondi Hipsters will continue to grow and meet new audiences both on a national and international level. The show has cleverly managed to tap into the hipster zeitgeist, while shot in a talking heads mockumentary format while delivering a twisted style of humor that is entirely their own. I can't wait to see what these guys do next...
