...Is what you will scream at your television set after watching this show. There are several accomplished actors and actresses in The Watcher, each one giving the absolute worst performance of their careers. Without giving away spoilers, this show really has no idea what it wants to be. When trying to be suspenseful, it often elicits unintentional laughter. Perhaps the worst part of the show is Bobby Cannavale who, in several scenes, comes across as of he is special needs with an anger management issue. He literally drags every scene he is in through the mud. The show leaves the viewer unfulfilled and, quite frankly, NOT asking for more. The Watcher, this watcher, won't be watching season 2. Hopefully, there is not one.
