A really cute, light, romantic and humorous, but a feel good movie that is more than *just a typical romcom*. This romcom makes you fall in love with each character for who they are, along with their flaws, and that is good. However you're always sort of wondering if it's really good to believe in these characters. This is one about a true love, yes, and it takes you along in their perfect little adventure of romance, yes, but it leaves you with the feeling of "do I believe this or do I not?" You don't get confirmation until the end... and then the end again. Watch it and you'll see, especially if you like romantic comedies with a bit of a twist.
Quick-dry paint in 1942?
This is very slow and the majority of the conversations center around a typical teenaged couples doubts and insecurities about coming of age. Great however I'd expect it to be more about the situation in which they are forced to live and their coming of age in such.
Office Space meets Lord of the Flies but with corny jokes thrown in.
