I dont know why comedy TV shows have to be so obviously produced indoors on brightly lit sets with laugh tracks that haunt your nightmares - this show reminds me of The Ranch - equally asinine. Specific to this atrocity... the black against white, parents vs adult children rhetoric is ridiculous. Caroline from 2 broke girls is still as shrill and hopeless as she was as in her previous casting, im not sure she can act other than showing up and remembering what to say, theres no character here at all. Don't waste your time, in 5 mins you'll be popping an ibuprofen due to the migraine. Save yourself...run!
What... the...???
I absolutely hate this incarnation of whatever this is trying to be.
I loved the original TV series and the 2 movies from the 90s, but since then it constantly seems to fail and this show is no different.
Poor Morticia is beautiful but married to a hideous filthy toothed crime of a man. Wednesday is... not delightfully weird, she's just abhorrent weird.
The story line seems muddy, the characters don't seem to have any chemistry. I'm surprised that the OG Wednesday of our time Christina Ricci could even handle watching this train wreck happen. I'm sad that I don't love it like I hoped to.
