A New Years Ride is a newest feature from the Bouncy Boxer Media. A women owned film and video production company located in St. Petersburg, Florida! Stefanie Davis writes and directs a follow up to her film, A Christmas Ride, and doubles down on emotions, realism and storytelling. While it can stand on its own, the story continues with Georgia, two years after events of first film answering some interesting questions about her life and relationships. The realism of first film returns with a very talented cast that brings a lot of conflicting emotions to the screen. You just want to hug them or celebrate their new coming success! It's another bumpy ride as Georgia navigates through streets of Tampa Bay trying to bring in a happy new year! Holidays aren't always going well for everyone and that's what I like about Stefanie's work. It's charming yet authentic without being overly mushy. I'd recommend this film to anyone looking for something different. Support indie cinema and the artists telling stories from a different perspective!
Very well done, inspiring documentary on "notorious" Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I got a chance to catch it at Gasparilla Film Festival in Tampa, Florida. Highly recommend it because it's very motivating, informative and also charming. The film dwells into her life and the type of impact she makes on the world today.
