From the comments that I heard about this Live Action Remake of Snow White 2025, and the ever so low ratings on IMDB, I was expecting this movie to be simply awful. To my surprise, I thought it was simply lovely. I loved that all the actors singing performances were not pre-recorded, and the actors sang the songs live on camera. The Visuals were beautiful, I was expecting not to like the Actress playing Snow White, but she was not bad at all. Andrew Burnap who plays Jonathan (he played Snow White's love interest) was very handsome, charming and had a lovely voice. The duets when he and Snow White were singing together were perfect. Not to mention Dopey such a cute character <3 of course this goes without saying but the incredible CGI was out of this world. The animals and their expressions were what Disney is all about, the warmth and emotions that they bring to life is just outstanding and heartwarming. The actual thing I thought was bad about the movie was "Gal Gadot's Performance". She simply did not fit well as the role of the Evil Queen. She might be The Best Wonder Woman, but her acting was not great, terrible actually. Especially if you compare her to Charlize Theron which her acting as the Evil Queen on the 2012 movie was outstanding.

I have been waiting excitedly to see this movie for so many months. As a Gay Young Adult I was looking forward to a new Coming of Age Story that seemed sweet from the promotional pictures I had seen. Yes it was Sweet, but there was not much going on other than knowing that both Characters "George and Max" Liked each other. The Story was cute "fluffy type of movie" but there was a lack of exploration regarding George's first relationship and the growing feelings between the two characters was a fail. This was more like a "Hallmark" movie rather than the comparison that some have made to "Heartstopper (which this movie should not in any way be compared to it)" it was cute but it ends there. This movie has no re-watch potential IMO as the storyline is too simplistic.

I don't know what is the hype about this movie as I was looking forward to watch it, but this movie was probably one of the worse film I have ever seen. Brigette Lundy-Paine Trying to portray an intense character is a huge miss, terrible acting. This movie made no sense, what they were trying to achieve with it fell so short. The sense of horror, suspense and intensity is simply not present in the movie. I gave it a rating of "1" only because I couldn't give it a "0" !

I love small, independent like movies and I've watched many that I didn't enjoy, but this was simply terrible. It kinda ruined my night. If you still want to watch it, don't expect much.
