A friend gave me 4 VHS with 8 episodes of this miniseries, and it's awesome! I learned it's being offered for remake in the US, and I hope it happens. The novel that came after, Collateral Man, is as good as the TV version, and much easier and cheap to get it (from Amazon) until we can see it on the US theaters or TV screens. Hope you can enjoy it as much as I did, and so many millions of Argentineans (as I was told). The new premise for the old Faust tale, it's very creative
to have a guarantor (a collateral man) for the cases that the soul-vendor finds a way not to give his soul to the Devil. And Sagasti, as a soul collector, it's one of the best evil characters I've ever saw. Made me remember a lot Robert De Niro's, Angel Heart, characterization. Try to get it! You won't be disappointed.
