Just finished a second watch at home. Had watched it in IMAX in the theatre earlier.
Loved both watches.
The one at home was preceded by Stalker from Tarkovsky The raw pure art intensity of Stalker made F1 feel small when I tried it last weekend.
Tonight, I got back to it, and loved it.
Every race has a specific story line, emotion, intensity. Excellent cinematography work on the races.
Brad Pitt's swag nicely complemented by Javier Bardem.
Enjoyed the racing sequences most.
Zimmer's tracks do feel very loud and mildly annoying when you listen to the soundtrack by itself, but they blend in perfectly when you watch the movie.
Adrenalin rush. Good stuff.

The theme is singular. A forgotten chapter of an almost forgotten people brought to light.
It is a sad chapter, and the pain is there through the entire experience of the movie.
Loved the man who played Papa Buka.
Enjoyed the Aravindan G like imagery. Great to see wide angle canvases of the forests, especially at night time.
Excellent sound track from Ricky Kej.
Hats off to the producers for investing into a film like this.
Dr Biju's style is very recognizable. Dream like sequences that remind of his earlier works as well.
Surreal portions worked really well. Loved the performance of Papa Buka and Ritabhari Chakraborty in these sequences.
Moral tone of the movie made it's way into my heart. Loved the brevity with which that was conveyed.
I had no idea whatsoever about Papua New Guinea other than the colorful fake stamps that used to circulate in my childhood. But now, that has changed.
The movie does deliver. The start of the movie does feel amateurish but it soon finds character.
An art house movie. Good one.

Excellent movie experience.
Loved how the forests and the landscape integrate into the experience.
Excellent cinematography.
Excellent writing.
Both done by the same person - Bahul Ramesh, which explains why the creative vision has manifested so well.
From the Kishkintha Kantham team, a movie of the same stature.
Sandeep Pradeep has excelled as the main protagonist of the movie.
Excellent direction. The fight scenes were very raw, and unstylish. Not all performances were top notch - some better than others.
Writing is excellent. You get placed into a very nuanced world, and every scene is carefully written to keep the viewer on the toes, and deliver something at the end of the scene.
There were a few scenes, where the writer went back to explaining the plot again, apparently out of concern that the subtleties might not have got through.
The movie keeps moving focus around the characters, giving you an engaging two hours.
The dogs have all performed well - VFX or otherwise.
While Sandeep has given an excellent performance in the movie, if the movie had the benefit of a star as well, then the reach would have been so much more.
The actress has performed well.
Must watch.
