As of now the score for this film reads 7,2 which is wildly overrated. A 3,4/10 is a solid score for this third instalment of the franchise. A disappointment, really.

This film starts off good, but slowly turns into a weird artsy mess, putting me to sleep halfway through. The rest of the movie has people frowning, "what on earth is going on here..?"

I wouldn't recommend heading to cinemas for this one, I wouldn't even recommend streaming it. Perhaps rewatch the first two instead, cause there's nothing impressive to see here. Unless you want to see some wieners flapping about, or you're in the mood for strange melodramatic scenes.

I wonder if perhaps these reviews have been purchased as I find it very hard to believe anyone would find this movie worth 7,2.

Perhaps a better description would be to imagine a movie created by an art school student for their final grade.

I'm not easily disappointed but this movie sure did it. They built it up so nicely but that's just kudos to the marketing team. Because the movie itself, well...

There's absolutely no plot in this movie.

You've got a monkey doll that kills someone whenever someone turns it on. Although now that I write it, it actually sounds cool. Yet, even that minuscule plot wasn't properly used to create a gripping film.

The conversations are so boring I dozed off multiple times. There's no tension or thrills. No scary moments whatsoever. Just some kills that are 'fun', and a tiny bit of awkward humor.

This film lacks on so many aspects. Some images and shots were nicely done. Sound was good... That's about it on the positives for this one.

Not sure why they can't seem to find decent writers for scary movies these days. Doesn't have to be great, just some suspense would be nice...

So, if you're looking for a good scare or tension or suspense, unfortunately, you won't find it here.

This one truly is the weakest movie we've witnessed so far, alongside "The Nun", both are rather basic and way too much Christianity-filled explanations that are so boring. These movies can embrace some mystery, I felt like I was watching an episode of Charmed, or a lazy version of Buffy. Not to insult anyone on the creative side here but come on, the script and story is very childish.

Character development was also basic to non-existent, actually you just don't care about anything that happens in this movie, you're not getting sucked in, it's not very scary (mostly because of all the stupid Christian explanations). So let's wait for the next one and hope for the best.
