This new Superman reboot is fantastic! James Gunn direction and style are top notch, but what really makes this a brilliant film is the tone and plot.
They avoid retelling the whole story snd beginnings of how Superman came to be, his landing on earth and so in, instead it throws us right into the action. Nothing seemed forced, all elements of the film are very subtle, from Dramatic elements to action to humor, subtlety is an Art, and James Gunn gives us a lesson on how to make a smooth and likable movie.
Every scene is perfectly filmed, on note and shifts tones ever so gently. Action scenes are breathtaking without being over the top.
The romance between Clark and Loise is so engaging and again without being forced, seamless and natural.
The cast are also great, David Corenswet is a perfect Superman, he has a big role and gigantic shows to fill in following the likes of Reeves and Cavil but manages to match them if not outshine them at certain aspects.
Rachel Brosnahan is the cutest Loise Lane i've seen.
All in all, a perfect fast paced superb Superman film that is worthy a Cinematic viewing and a worthy addition to the Superman franchise.

This latest entry of the Jurassic world films is disappointing to say the least. It fails to capture the magic of the franchise.
For starters, the plot was mediocre about a group of people who venture out to capture samples from huge dinosaurs to help create a cure for Heart illness. They emphasized big dinosaurs because apparently the bigger the heart, the stronger the animal and hence a better medicine, which in reality of course is absolute nonsense.
And so dinosaurs have been everywhere now and people's interest warned off, they see them in cities and all that, yet when our adventurers reach their destination and see the dinosaurs its all Aaaahhh and oooohs again, a cheap way to capture the very first scene from Jurassic park when Grant first witnessed the dinosaurs. It felt forced. Why are they so amazed when they're surrounded by dinosaurs at home ?
The characters are all boring played by bad actors, none of the characters stood out. All are cardboard characters we've seen before, the greedy corporate, the nerdy scientist, the cool kid, the courageous heroine, etc.
They've also added a young latina girl that pets cute dinosaurs, someone similar to Dora the explorer.
They tried adding a twist by adding mutant dinosaurs, one of which mimics the creature from Alien but a lot bigger. I didn't like that.
I still found some parts interesting and thrilling here and there, it's still watchable but for the fans of the franchise, i think they're going to be disappointed. Something is definitely missing in this one.
