This movie was honestly a HUGE SNORE for the first 75%. I was so bored, nothing was happening, and then I somehow made it to the ending which turned everything around!
The ending is actually bonkers. There's extreme levels of violence and some really really really cool choreographed fight scenes, and a serious element of body horror.
Ultimately, if you can survive the first 75% of the film, you'll be in for a treat once the ending comes around, I gave the film +5 stars for the ending, leaving the first 75% of the film barely qualifying as watchable at a generous 2 stars out of 10.
The End..

It's unfortunate that this gem was cancelled before any kind of conclusion could be reached. There are no answers, and none of the questions we have after watching are ever answered, nor will they ever be.
Because of this, I say never watch it. Ever. Don't bother. It's great, but it's just a tease.
My least favorite aspects of this show were Useless Daughter, played by Gus Birney, and Gay Kid, played by Adrian Garf.
Useless Daughter was just a miserably useless character, she never stopped acting like a wounded baby deer. No redeeming qualities whatsoever, no personality, just a useless weight for everyone to carry around the entire time. Gay Kid's acting was fine enough, but they just make him so unlikeable for no reason a lot of the time, and pointlessly evil.
Overall, it's great, but if you know they just abandoned this show after the first season, you're better off never having experienced it in the first place.

I am a veteran watcher and enjoyer of the "How the f*&k did we get here" type films. Films like Triangle, In The Tall Grass, and Vivarium are good examples of this genre.
Take a person, or people, put them into an insanely messed up scenario, and watch them survive or suffer.
This movie does it well, but it's insanely brutal to the point where I imagine it's abysmally low rating is a direct result.
Characters' sanity is constantly being tested by some unknown force, a force compelling them to complete a journey no matter how many of them die, and no matter how brutally they die. It's basically dread incarnate, and as a horror junkie, I adore this movie.
