this movie is the best because it shows all those times when we are the happiest and through the movie the idea that he has accomplished what he wrote in his book on accident is what makes this movie so great the only scene where i did not like it when tom cruise was drunk and i think he made a little to much of an ass of himself. but the best part was when he was singing free falling in the car. He waqs so happy and then it just went away when he lost that guy to sugar. I think that Jerry Mcguire was the best Tom cruise movie ever 2nd is minority report and 3rd is a tie between war of the worlds and mission impossible. if you think so reply and i will read it but i can not stand people who just bash this movie because everyone i know got something out of it.
THis movie is good because it outlines one of the biggest atrocities in the history of mass genocide for the exception of the Hollocaust. This movie also shows one we can do under stress it shows how ignorant hatred can be if we let it escalate to something were we hate someone simply for one fact. Don Cheadle acting was up to par and the realism was good with the AK-47 and the RPG that were used in the time. Something that got me was if they got back on the bus or it left without them. Also I was not aware that it was the FRench who supplied the Huto army. This was a surprising fact. Also what I liked was the sense of comedy that sprung up at tense moments. What I felt to be the most powerful was the scene with the bodies on the road. It shows what Pele do when it is supported by others. I believe that many of them felt that they did not want to commit genocide but if they did not they would be killed as well. I feel that this movie deserved Oscar over Million Dollar Baby
The movie in my opinion has a great feel to anyone who has traveled the world or at least Europe. If you have been to any of these places it gives you more of a realistic feel. Also the manor in which Bourne is shot gives many people the idea that he miscalculated something that he all ready new about or something like that. Because he has so many slip up and does not seem like he knows what he is doing half the time when he does not know why tredestone has been shutdown. Also the idea that there are still memories that he does not remember gives me the feel that the entire first movie was pointless. If he does not know about his past then how can he move forward.
The movie seemed to me like it was the Bourne Identity with a bigger budget but the same good ideas and spy feel. It is one of the only movies I know that has done well with a bigger budget and has not lost all the plot in their action sequences. It was a solid movie and I know the Ultimatum will put this up with Indian Jones and Star Wars like other trilogies.
