A very rare gem sitting in a giant library of trash aka Netflix.
Strong cast, especially Del Toro (Tom) who is mesmerizing to watch. Michael Pitt (Eli), Domenick Lombardozzi (Wally) and Eric Bogosian (Allen) deserve soecial mentions, all are very well written characters.
Good slow and steady pace, the cuts are masterfully edited with sometimes over the top ominous soundtracks but otherwise mostly effective to maintain the thriller tension. Never a dull moment, the build up leading to the ending is just masterful.
Grant Singer film debut scores high marks, excited to see what he is onto next. 9/10.

Just finished season 4 and very thrilled to report it managed to out-perform the already very good past 3 seasons...... amazing
the team is showing multiple signs of cracks from the burn-out of the ongoing war and the cracks are growing to chasms, the human drama is real and tangible, from both Israeli and Palestinian camps.
The series managed to reinforce my empathy and rooting for all the squad members, from the old timers to the new comer Shani, they were all given the deserved investments script-wise, well fleshed out characters.
Just as brilliant is the writing for the antagonists, which are never one-dimensional, but tragic and hateful at the same time.
Characters like Maya and the parents of the antagonists caught in the cross-fire are the hardest to get right but the production team fared superbly, they are the ones who will keep the neutrals invested and engaged though the 12 episodes.
Fauda is military based drama done right.

So many levels of wrong in this latest episode, oh where do i even start...
GOT started strong n got destroyed by season 8, HOTD started ok n got wrecked by episode 6.
- the 2 new actresses aren't even that much older than the 2 from E01 to E05, they have zero vibes from the 2 OGs. If they can put heavy make up on the King and close to nothing has changed for Ser Criston, why must they change the 2 OGs princesses ? They carried the show well so far, total disconnection.
- the dialogues seem straight out of another Twilight movie, cringe inducing n amateurish, even my 5 yr old can do better.
- the story is predictable n linear as a line, i can fast forward without missing anything significant.
