What is going on over at Sony? You would think by now that the investors and stock owners would be asking for the resignations of all of Sony's top employees by now. Sony's stock was higher in the year 2000 than it is right now. Nearly all of Sony's movies lately have completely failed, including this one.
But back to this movie. This was a very basic romcom wannabe slasher movie. It was trying to be too many things at one time. Is it a good horror? No. Is it a good romcom? No. Is it a good comedy? No.
I would definitely not pay a dime to see it but if you can catch it on a streaming channel and you are bored maybe.... I guess.
4/10 yawn.

This was the worst movie I have seen this year, and I watch a movie every night, so I've seen over 50 movies already this year.
The "acting" in this movie is atrocious. It almost seemed like the director wanted each actor to be intentionally bad. They were all so wooden and lifeless.
The camera work was atrocious as well. Now, if the story would've been interesting, the camera work probably would've been just fine, but unfortunately that was not the case here.
And like others have said, this is not a horror movie. Nothing was scary. Nothing was intense.
I was surprised when I learned this was shot on a $2 million budget. I was thinking more like 50K. I was also shocked when I learned this movie made almost 10 million in the theaters. I would have demanded my money back if I would've paid a dime.
1/10 worst movie so far this year.
